Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the LiveShot iOS app ("LiveShot," "the app," "we," "us"). By installing or using LiveShot, you agree to these Terms.

LiveShot is built and operated by Fernando Guimaraes ("Fernando Development").

If you don't agree to these Terms, don't use the app.

1. The license we grant you

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use LiveShot on iOS devices you own or control. This license is governed by Apple's standard licensed-application end-user license agreement (Apple Standard EULA), available at https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms.

You may not:

• Decompile, reverse-engineer, disassemble, or attempt to extract our source code.
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute LiveShot.
• Use LiveShot to violate any law, infringe any third party's rights, or interfere with any other person's use of the service.

2. Sign in with Apple

To use LiveShot you must create an account by signing in with Apple. By signing in, you authorize us to receive your Apple identifier and email address as described in our Privacy Policy.

You are responsible for keeping your Apple ID and device secure. We are not liable for losses caused by unauthorized access to your Apple ID.

3. LiveShot Pro subscription

LiveShot Pro is an optional auto-renewing subscription that unlocks additional features (in-match AI chat, advanced stats, ranking projections, and other Pro-gated features as they are added).

3.1 Price and billing

• Price: $9.99 USD per year (or local equivalent set by Apple). Apple may adjust local prices.
• Billing: Apple charges your iTunes / App Store payment method 24 hours before each renewal.
• Auto-renewal: unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, your subscription renews automatically at the same price for another year.
• Free trial: if we offer a free trial, the price is charged at the end of the trial unless you cancel beforehand.

3.2 Managing and cancelling

You manage and cancel your subscription in App Store → your name → Subscriptions. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period — we don't pro-rate.

Deleting the LiveShot app does not cancel your subscription. You must cancel via App Store Subscriptions.

3.3 Refunds

Refunds are handled by Apple under Apple's Media Services Terms (https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/). Request a refund through reportaproblem.apple.com.

3.4 Changes to Pro features

We may add, change, or remove Pro features over time. We won't materially reduce the set of features that were available when you subscribed without giving you the option to cancel and receive a pro-rated refund for the unused portion of the current period.

4. One-time unlock

In addition to LiveShot Pro, the base LiveShot app may require a one-time $6.99 unlock (non-consumable in-app purchase). This unlock is restored automatically across devices signed into the same Apple ID and via the Restore Purchases button in the paywall.

5. Tennis score data

Real-time scores are provided by our data partner Goalserve and are typically updated every 5 seconds during live matches. We do our best to deliver accurate data, but:

• We do not guarantee scores are correct, complete, or delivered without delay.
• Use scores for personal enjoyment only. Do not rely on LiveShot data for betting, fantasy contests, gambling, or any decision where data accuracy matters financially.

6. AI-generated content

Match-context briefings ("What's at Stake" and "Behind this Match"), ranking implications, and any AI-generated narrative content are produced by Anthropic's Claude API based on structured tournament and player data we provide. AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or stale. Use it as commentary, not as fact.

We do not include your personal data in AI prompts.

7. Push notifications and Live Activities

By following a player you authorize LiveShot to send you push notifications for the events you configure (match start, set result, match result, optionally break of serve) and to start Live Activities on your lock screen and Dynamic Island.

You can change notification preferences in the iOS Settings app and per-player in the Followed Players screen.

8. Acceptable use

Don't:

• Use LiveShot to harass any other person.
• Attempt to overwhelm our servers (DoS / rate-limit abuse).
• Scrape, mirror, or republish our data.
• Bypass any auth, paywall, rate-limit, or security control.

We reserve the right to suspend accounts that materially violate these Terms.

9. Termination

You may terminate at any time by deleting your account in My LiveShot → Delete account.

We may terminate or suspend your account if you materially violate these Terms or if continued service becomes commercially impractical. If we terminate without cause, we'll pro-rate refund any unused subscription period.

10. Disclaimer of warranties

LiveShot is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied — including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranty arising from course of dealing or usage of trade.

We don't warrant that scores are accurate, that AI context is correct, that notifications will always deliver, or that the app will be uninterrupted or error-free.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to the app or these Terms is capped at the greater of (a) the amount you've paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose, or (b) $50 USD.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages — including lost profits, lost data, or loss of opportunity — even if we've been advised of the possibility.

Some jurisdictions don't allow exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of certain damages. In those jurisdictions, the above limitations apply to the maximum extent permitted by law.

12. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.

Any dispute will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

13. Apple as a third-party beneficiary

You acknowledge that Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms and has the right (and is deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce these Terms against you. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and Apple's standard EULA, Apple's EULA controls.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced via an in-app notice on next launch and the "Last updated" date will change. Continued use of the app after a material change constitutes acceptance.
